How to Enter

To be eligible to enter, individuals must visit www.ribena.com.au and complete the official on-line entry form in full between 22/04/08 and 11.59pm AEST on 08/05/08 inclusive. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 yrs & over.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  5. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
  6. Entrants must complete the on-line entry form in full and may be asked for proof of address by the Promoter. Failure to provide proof of address or contact details when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
  7. Promotion commences on 22/04/08 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 08/05/08.
  8. The prize draw will take place at G2 Pty Ltd at Level 18, 100 Miller Street North Sydney NSW 2060 on 09/05/08 at 2.00pm AEST. Winners will be notified by telephone and email to the mobile phone number and email address as supplied on the official on-line entry form on 11.05.08.
  9. The first 5 valid entries drawn from all entries received will each win $1000 cash, awarded in the form of a cheque. The next 4 valid entries drawn will each win a Nintendo Wii console + sportspack and three additional controllers valued at $579 each (Nintendo is not associated with this competition nor is it in any way affiliated with the GlaxoSmithKline Group of companies). The next 4 valid entries drawn will each win a Kids Giant Super 4 game valued at $496 each. The next 4 valid entries drawn will each win an Outdoor Checkers Set valued at $195 each. The next 3 valid entries drawn will each win a Kid's Inflatable Playground valued at $195 each
  10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  11. All prizes will be delivered to the address as supplied on the official on-line entry form by registered post to arrive no later than 26.05.08. It is the responsibility of the winner to receive the prizes at this address. Any additional costs required by the prize winner to collect their prizes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
  12. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  13. Total prize pool is valued at $10,661. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  14. Winners' details for prizes valued over $100 will be published in The Australian on 23/05/08.
  15. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants consent to any use of their entry, which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
  16. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 11/08/08 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners' names will be published in The Australian on 08/09/08.
  17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  18. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
